FOR EXECUTIVES
PEG specializes in working with executives and senior leadership at global corporations. The two-day open enrollment program, Communicate to Own the Room and Engage, an Executive Communication Masterclass, is designed for a maximum of ten executives, from ten different companies, representing multiple industries. C.O.R.E., is hosted by PEG at one of our learning centers in India and the United States. The program is a truly unique and transformative communication development program designed for global leaders, business executives, and senior professionals who want to raise their level of Power, Passion and Presence. Each participant will be exposed to the CORE Competencies of Connected Communication, develop Executive Charisma for all communication environments, build the muscle memory that improves Energy-Level for better connection and impact, and learn voice techniques that enhance Tonality and Timbre.

TEAM WORKSHOPS
PEG offers a number of team workshops intended for groups of employees to be delivered at client sites or designated locations. These workshops can vary from one to three days, depending on the purpose and goal of the programs. PRIVATE COACHING
PEG provides private coaching for both individuals and teams. For individuals who have previously attended a communication program or workshop, PEG can customize private coaching sessions to continue the learning and improvement around impact and engagement. Whether the need is to improve specific aspects of communication style, preparing for a speech to a large audience, prepping for press Q&A or a media interview, PEG can offer a coaching program to achieve the desired results. PEG can also customize coaching sessions for teams with very specific goals, such as sales and RFP presentations and road-show preparation.

SALES TEAMS
PEG supports sales and business development teams, helping clients to maximize their firm's sales planning, processes and execution. Whether internal or external facing teams, PEG helps build solution sales professionals that focus on identifying client needs, being able to effectively message the value/benefits of products/services to those specific needs. As we emphasize in all of our programs and workshops, the effort around improving engagement and connection is the Beginning of a participant’s journey around communication development. The learning gained from attending a program may have been as a result of attending a single or multiple-day program, but the impact should be Long-Term. PEG provides resources to help participants apply their new communication style and skills by insuring they stay connected to their learning experience. From follow-up reach outs from instructors, to mini-coaching sessions, to group micro trainings, PEG is position to insure that participants expand their learnings well beyond the classroom days.
